要keep住咁Fit嘅身材絕對唔可以偷懶,平時喺屋企做嘅運動,我最鐘意就喺跳彈床啦。跳10分鍾就等於30分鐘跑步嘅運動量,無咁傷膝頭,仲有助刺激淋巴系統,清走身體入面嘅毒素添。每朝一跳完,成個人都醒神晒!⭐️
